The adjustable 14,000 BTU 2 infrared burner can provide the perfect sear or turn it down to cook more delicate items. One 25,000 BTU cast-brass burner delivers superior heat retention so that you can lift the hood to check on the progress of your burgers without having to worry about losing much heat. The two gas fueled burners combine to put out 48,000 BTUs of total cooking power on the grilling surface.

The primary cooking surface is 600 square inches and the warming rack is 240 square inches combining for a total of 840 square inches of cooking space. Viking Professional grills come equipped with a hot surface ignition system, stainless steel cooking grates, and ceramic briquette trays to ensure reliable and even heat across the grilling surface. You will also have two options when positioning the heavy-duty, 3-speed motor rotisserie, as well as a premium smoker box to help craft the perfect meal.
